An exceptionally great range on offer for breakfast, probably the best ive experienced in any hotel anywhere in the world, and with a combination of Scottish traditional and healthy foods. Dinner was likewise extremely good; no need to consider eating out. Staff were very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. The “Whisky Snug” room for tastings is almost unbelievable, with 600 whiskys on offer!

The room was exceptional (very large, beautifully furnished and warm) and it had the best view of my trip. Service was lovely, as was the food. I loved the coal fire in the lounge. For a walker the bath was most welcome allowing me to ease aching joints

very small town, limited options. We had a fantastic time. Great, friendly staff. Pub was downstairs, very convenient. Easy to park right out front. Close to several distilleries (a short drive or a longer walk). Limited things to do in the town, very limited places to eat, but as a home base to drive around the region, we loved it. Food in the pub for dinner was good. I would go back.

Fantastic and cute hotel in the middle of charming Aberlour! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room we had in the top floor was super spacious and comfortable. We had dinner in their own hotel restaurant and it was delicious- there’s a large variety of different dishes, they even have a special gluten-free menu. We can highly recommend The Aberlour Hotel if you plan to stay in Aberlour (opposite the hotel is also the The Spey Larder offering delicious local food)!

Parked about 5 steps from the front door. Theresa was a great host. The room had lots of little extras: USB ports, fridge, dram of Scotch, home made treat. Theresa custom made breakfast in the morning.

This was a truly fairy‑tale stay.. unlike anything experienced before. From the moment of arrival it felt as if staying in dream manor, with an atmosphere that photos simply cannot capture. The whole experience was so unique that it is impossible to compare it with any other stay in our lives. The owners are absolutely wonderful, warm and genuinely caring. The breakfasts, lovingly prepared by the lady of the house herself, are nothing short of unbelievable and easily worthy of a royal table. Tell me, where else will the lord of the manor light a fire in the fireplace just to create a perfect atmosphere on a cold Scottish evening? As an airline pilot, many special places have been visited, but this stay is beyond words. No rating scale is high enough to express the level of satisfaction and gratitude for this experience. Still in absolute awe and would gladly return again and again; anyone is welcome to contact me personally for more details about this incredible place.
