Owners very helpful with an issue with the wifi and a lovely welcome pack. It was comfortable and cosy (the weather was not great for our stay). However the lodge is in need of a really deep clean and a bit of TLC

The house was ideal for our daughters, partner and grandson.

The house was ideal for our daughters, partner and grandson. Well equipped and comfortable. Great space for a family holiday. Good outdoor space, our dogs loved the field and stream. We loved the beautiful views. Visited, Erwood craft centre, Langorse Activity Centre with a fabulous instructor, climbing wall and abseil. The Merrie Fryer fish n chip shop in Builth Wells was excellent after a day spectating rallying in the Welsh forest stages.
