The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were shown to our room and every aspect was explained. The ambiance of the hotel was warm and period splendour, especially the staircase. We were intriged by the billiard room and there was a piano to play if I had the skill. There are many original features to this property, possibly Belle Epoch. The evening meal was 4 course, no choice but of excellent quality and good value. There was an extensive wine list. Breakfast was served from 7.15 and offered a wide range of cheese, meats, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, pastries, fruit flans, fruit salad, cereals, tea or coffee. We would recommend this hotel to friends.

Elodie and Laurent are wonderful people and exceptional hosts. They will make you feel welcome and are very personable, and patient if you are not able to speak French. Their dedication to the guests' well-being removes any language gap issues. Breakfast is fresh made daily and is a good start to every day. Pool and hot tub are available as well as a wonderful garden for relaxing. Location is good for restaurants and grocery stores. Charlie is the cherry on top of the list though and if you enjoy cats, please take the time to visit here to meet him.

It was fantastic. The house has a spacious yard, a beautiful lawn, and a great relaxation area. We watched the horses, which made the children very happy. The house is thoughtfully equipped for a stay with children. The kitchen has more than everything you might need. Perfect for a getaway with friends or family.The hosts are exceptionally friendly.
