Great base to Visit the Christmas market from, with a nice walk or quick metro trip. The food court was great with plenty of options for our daughter. and a nice buffet breakfast. would definitely use again!

Excellent location, staff, and facilities. The lounge area is huge, comfy, and well-stocked - I loved it as a co-working space. The staff were also quite helpful, especially in regards to allergies and food intolerances. Rooms were small, but had everything you need, including a stylish fold-away desk, comfy bed, good lighting, and great shower pressure. My room faced a side street so was quiet despite being in a central location.

The staf was very friendly and helpful. We had a special request and they did everything they could to help us. The room was gorgeous, very clean, and the bed absolutely comfortable. I would recommend it and return there in case I needed a place to stay near Lille.
