The location, the reception, really ALL the staff, a superb cuisine.
The Tarbot is the best I ever had and I especially booked this hotel again to be able to revisit this signature dish.
The friendlyness of the restaurant staff, especially the young waiter who prepared our crêpes Suzette ;-)
Whenever I have a need to stay in the neighbourhood, I will select Le Domaine de Barive !

Wonderful place to stay for one night and we could have stayed for more! Large room with some great communal areas. The pool is nice and the games room entertaining!
We ate dinner at the sister hotel restaurant which was outstanding!
Also very friendly for our dog; excellent walking and lots of space to run!

We received a phone call on the morning of our stay to say we had been upgraded to the sister property at Domaine de Barive. This was a wonderful surprise and we had a superb stay. Thank you to all at the hotel who looked after us.

Beautiful room. Hotel was in a fabulous setting.
The dinner was fantastic, as were the wines. We also enjoyed our breakfast.
The swimming pool and jacuzzis were also great fun.
