We truly enjoyed the warm-hearted welcome, the family atmosphere, Marie and Martin's friendly, uncomplicated and hospitable ways with guests, the quiet environment. As our French is a bit rusty, it was a relief to be able to communicate in English. All one needs for a comfortable stay is provided for.

Stayed here because of a nearby wedding (otherwise the town itself is pretty basic/ no amenities). Clean, spacious, 2 story studio apartment. Toilet and small kitchenette on 1st floor, bed and shower on 2nd floor. Host was very gracious to allow slightly earlier check in due to our circumstances of having to be at wedding on time, and also gave very clear instructions on finding the place !

We stayed here as a family of four and loved every second of our stay! The owner Steve is a very genuine and warm person, it really feels that he loves people coming to stay at this place. Everything in the house itself was very good and clean, beds are really comfy. The kitchen is loaded with every piece of equipment you would need while staying here. Also i have to mention that the design is on point and makes you feel like you’re at home. The backyard is perfect for eating/relaxing outside in the countryside and has a wonderful view of the valley below, you can actually see a little bit of the Mont Saint-Michel. This is a perfect place to stay while visiting Mont Saint-Michele, it’s only about 20 minutes away by car. Also the place is a very peaceful with absolutely no sound from the cars only the birds chirping and bumblebees buzzing. Overall I would really recommend staying here! Big thanks to Steve!

A beautiful maeiaeval town, very quiet in winter. Many local shps and bars. Ancient church and walls. The best church I have seen in France, beautifully clean and kept. Close to the route to Cherbourg - just under two hours from the port on free roads. Friendly people Great Hotel Normandie.

The American memorial cemetery is very poorly signposted, so it's difficult to find. The St. James factory wasn't open during our opening hours, and the shop, unlike the guesthouse, wasn't within our budget, but it was worth a look.

It is a small village with all the necessary services to serve as a base for visits to the nearby coastal area, such as Saint-Malo, Dinan, Mont Saint Michel, but also for reaching Rennes which is only about sixty kilometres away.

Spacious, very clean house with ample comfort for a peaceful stay of a few days. Ideally located half an hour from Mont Saint-Michel and less than half an hour from Rocher Portail Castle – a replica of Hogwarts. The only downside: no Free mobile network coverage or Wi-Fi.

Saint-James is a very small town and is almost like being in the country. It takes less than 30 minutes to drive to Mont Saint-Michel from Saint-James. The apartment was very large with a full kitchen. It was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Gianluca was a fantastic host - so friendly and engaging, we felt like we'd known him for many years!

Everithing was excellent 👌 Homely atmosphere, wonderful friendly owners, we felt like we were visiting friends. Excellent cleanliness and a very cozy atmosphere in the rooms. We also really liked the breakfasts, the owner cooks with love. The hotel is located in a very quiet place, it's great for relaxation, we really recommend it!)
