The breakfast is okay for me., not so much variety as expected for Radisson Blue. The location is very good, near the main train station. The rental car from Hertz was broken down on the day we checked out, the staffs at the hotel helped us (we are from Thailand for vacation in France) dealing with the staffs from the car rental in French language with enthusiasm. We do appreciated for the staffs' kindness and helpful. We're certainly will come back to stay with Raddison Blu again.

IBIS never fails but this was definitely one of the best. We parked at the hotel - worth it and very comfortable to simply go up the lift and you're in the hotel. There, we were greeted with a warm welcome from a very friendly receptionist. He was also very helpful in offering some wise tips on going around and visiting the city. Room was super - clean, comfortable, with all the requirements and toiletry supplies. Bathroom was spacious and comfortable to use. WIFI excellent. Breakfast is plentiful and abundant with ham, cheese, bread, cereals, eggs, fresh fruit and a good selection of tea/coffee. Perfect location to enjoy the beautiful city of Rouen. Definitely cannot complain. Whenever we chose IBIS/Mercure hotel, we were satisfied with overall experience. Would definitely keep this trend ;)
