The hotel buildings and grounds are unique, interesting and beautiful. The rooms are clean, big and have all the amenities you could want. The breakfast is amazing and has a good variety of items to choose from. The staff are welcoming and helpful, especially the hotel manager who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! I would definitely return to this hotel.

The service and generosity of the hotel were exceptional — multiple staff knew my name and room number off by heart and they were always extremely courteous and helpful. We were gifted many items to use and keep, including pyjamas, eye masks, a hat, and tote bag, even though we were only staying for one night. The toiletries were extremely high quality and the minibar was completely free and refillable. We were gifted a gorgeous fan and a beautiful embossed card for turndown service (as a designer, I can see how much time, care, and resources they've put into all these items), and when we departed, we received a customised luggage tag each, water, laduree mararons, stickers, and even wet wipes for the trip home. I had told the hotel we were celebrating my mum's birthday, and they had prepared a small cake for her. We booked dinner at the main restaurant, La Table de la Bastide, and even though we didn't notify them about the birthday, they knew and prepared a candle on a dessert for her. We've stayed at many luxury hotels before, but nowhere else have we been able to experience this kind of attention to detail. The food we had at La Table was fantastic. The staff do a wonderful job of separating children from the adult crowd (including having multiple pools for this reason). The main pool is beautiful, the towels powder-soft and cushiony. There was a photographer on site who took photos of guests. I could not recommend Airelles La Bastide, and the other hotels under the Airelles brand, more.

    We loved everything.

    We loved everything. The location and view is all we hoped for. The home is beautifully designed and full of much loved collectables. The pool and the ample room and privacy the house affords was very much appreciated!

    Menerbres is a beautiful village located in a stunning area , lots of beautiful hilltowns to visit , Gordes, goult ilse sur sorge .markets on nearly every day. Loumarin favourite and further away St Remy worth the trip.Landscape stunning with vineyards, lands kept beautifully. Electric bike rental available and well worth seeing area by bike too. Great restaurants and shopping. Would really need a car to get around.

    This is a wonderful home in the heart of Menerbes, one of the most beautiful villages in the Luberon. We came as two families and could not have hoped for a better stay. The house has ample room, is beautifully designed and decorated, and with everything you could possibly need. It is exceptionally clean and tidy. The host is lovely and all communication was easy and fast! Thank you so much for this very special holiday.

    I have no idea for the price why the bad reviews. This isn’t a 5 star hotel and not trying to be either.Totally worth the money we paid. Staff were very nice and the location was perfect. Yes the hotel is dated and a bit shabby, and slightly run down, however it’s in the middle of beautiful vineyards and fields making the shabbiness totally fit in and make sense. If you want classic French and super cheap it’s perfect.

    Very well equipped. Lovely view and walk to Menerbes is very nice. Pool was kept very clean. Rooms had air con. Kitchen was fully equipped and neat. Beds comfy. Terraces and furniture sufficient. Outside lighting very good

    An old stonehouse right in the center of Menerbes which has been transformed by Severine and Vincent (picture) into a fine place of warm hospitality. Spacious and clean rooms, good beds, excellent breakfast. A perfect stay!
