Marie was such a sweet and welcoming hostess. The place itself was amazing: calm, charming, and beautifully kept. We even had the chance to feed the horses, which made the stay feel extra special. It’s also ideal if you’re travelling with a dog, as there’s plenty of space and nature around. The location is great, close to the beach, and perfect for a cozy winter escape or a peaceful spring stay. Truly a perfect French getaway. We will be back! Matteo and Sofia and our dog Lazar.

We were looking for something near the center of the town but specially somewhere with nature and animals where we could stay with our dog. Our room had a great view to the garden, where there is a pony and 2 donkeys. It is all fenced and a secured gate, so no worries for our dog to run away. There is a big lake just a few minutes away so bigger walks and downtown 10 minutes away for groceries or restaurants. Breakfast buffet had all necessary food and the owners were there to help and pamper us.

Really warm welcome back It felt good to be remembered. Room was slightly small but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with quite a large choice and served until 10 am Dinner in the restaurant was good - not often do you see a Trou Normand on a menu as a dessert - and it was lovely. View overlooking the lake was wonderful. Lots of wildlife. Anyone with a pair of binoculars and a camera would be in heaven!! And the appearance of the Christmas decorations was a pleasant surprise. Thew person putting them up worked hard all day and the result was magnificent. I especially liked the little train going round the bottom of one of the trees, Merci.
