A beautiful house in a tranquil region of France. The property was perfect for travelling with a young family with a lovely garden to explore, outdoor toys / sand pit, chickens, and of course the pool. The host was accommodating, friendly, and kind, enjoying a glass of cognac with us in the evening. They even allowed us pick some eggs from the chickens in the morning.

This was a delightful place for a stopover on our way south. Patricia looked after us beautifully. The room was lovely - clean, bright, airy and comfortable. The added bonus of having a swimming pool was much appreciated after a long drive. Breakfast was wonderful - lots of fresh fruit included. We were able to walk to a restaurant, recommended by Patricia, for dinner - 3 courses for 25€ each and superb quality. We loved the Boule d'Or !

Everything was amazing. Fabulous hosts, Jonathan and Samantha are such lovely people. Beautiful home and village very quaint. Our dog Alfie had the best time playing with their dogs too.

Shandra, the proprietor, was lovely & so accommodating. I picked a room from Website and those are usually the rooms she rents when she has a wedding party group staying there but she said she gave me the room I picked. I didn’t see the ones I would’ve had downstairs if I hadn’t selected that room. Fabulous sheets, towels, & bed linens. This is a very small town and we actually were going to the Hennessy tour in Cognac which was half an hour away. We only stayed for one night because we were coming Le Mont Saint Michel and needed to be on our way to our next destination the following day. In the photos below, all except for two were our room or the places in the house we used except for the bathroom with the pink tiles around the tub and sink. I just thought that bathroom was so pretty I had to take a picture and post it. It goes with a different bedroom.
