The location was perfect. A quick walk to the beach and can walk to Antibes, if you don’t mind a good walk. The room was comfortable and clean. The owner/manager was so nice and accommodating. She made sure her guests were happy and comfortable with their accommodation!

Tre bien!:) The location of the hotel is quite convenient, 10 mins walk from Gare de Juan-les-pin. Sandrine gave us a really warm welcome and even upgraded our room. It is tidy clean and really chill. Everything is perfect. All the staff are really really sweet and friendly. Btw the perfume of the hotel ia quite nice, love it!

Due to fact that we were there on Christmas & without advance booking travelling with an idea to catch warm weather, this BW was one of the top options available with quite a nice price, parking and location. Walking distance to the beach with promenade, small stores and cafeterias nearby. Nice place

Absolutely lovely stay thanks to amazing people creating this hotel. At our arrival Christoph has given us all the information needed and was very helpful and charming (he also helped us with reservation at the Plage les Pirates - Pinede, in my opinion the nicest beach in Juan les Pins). Our room had a beautiful, spacious balcony with the view of the neighborhood. Charming swimming pool and the breakfast outdoor with a very nice choice of local products have made our short vacation even nicer. I’m already planning my next stay.

Excellent breakfast...lots of choice. The bread was amazing. The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. All his recommendations about where to go and where to eat were really good. He offered to give us an earlier breakfast when we had to get somewhere urgently. The decoration was beautiful and the location brilliant for the train station and the facilities of Juan les Pins.

Juan-les-Pins has a beautiful, sandy beach with lots of restaurants with an ocean view. The cuisine is delicious and reasonably priced. There is a sidewalk that goes from Juan-les-Pins all the way along the ocean to the neighboring city of Golfe Juan. The train statin is very accessible, making this a great location to discover other cities along the French Riviera.

Didn't have enough time to explore but what I saw I really enjoyed. Beach life was great lots of lovely places to hang out and sunbathe. The hotel was great location. We came for the Jazz Festival and had a fabulous time. Everyone was friendly and happy. Restaurants were all busy but well looked after everywhere we went.

Beautiful and cozy little area, feels very safe and quiet. During the shoulder seasons like April is, a lot of places were still closed off, including a lot of the restaurants as well as tourist attractions like the hop-on-hop-off tour bus (but they do sell tickets to it, so beware!). Juan-les-Pins is great for a 2, maybe 3-day visit, visiting a couple of restaurants, talking a walk around the beach area, but definitely recommend choosing a season with guaranteed good weather, as majority of activities are at least to some degree outside oriented.

We had a short break here at the end of March.

We had a short break here at the end of March. As it happened the weather was on the cold side with an easterly wind. This is an exceptionally beautiful and glamorous setting. It is therefore on the pricey side. While we were there a lot of improvement working was taking place on several parts of the pedestrian promenade. A shame because this made it difficult to appreciate the full atmosphere of the tjis high quality resort.

I cannot say enough great things.

I cannot say enough great things. The property owner, the place it self, the beautiful view and proximity to the beach. In addition, everything is walking distance. We traveled by train, so that was easy and their was amazing beach clubs right across the street.

I have been a couple of times before so I knew my way around...

I have been a couple of times before so I knew my way around some parts. It is not a really huge place so it is accessible. Public transport is very good, buses take cards and cash. Lots on offer along the sea front as well as on the side streets. Perfect spot to stay or use as a base to travel along the coastline to other places. Weather was so warm and hit 34 one particular day even though it was mid September.

Staff were fabulous and attentive. The style of the hotel is art deco. Good room size and shower room with toiletries, slippers and dressing gowns. Breakfast buffet was nice with good choice plus egg options and coffees to order. Great location 5 mins to beach, bars, shops and restaurants. 10 mins to station serving Monaco, Nice and Cannes etc. Lovely rooftop bar and restaurant with views of bay and surrounding, plunge pool, towels and canopy beds. Sebastian was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is ideally located a few minutes walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The room size was adequate, the bed was comfortable, we had a nice balcony facing the pool which was pleasant. The pool itself was clean and the garden well-kept.
