My son and I stayed at the hotel for the third time. We chose and continue to choose this hotel for its excellent location and quietness. On this visit, Margina worked with us as guests. The location is great because it’s next to the metro station! The personnel were great! Everyone was super friendly and helpful! The room was large enough. The shower had good pressure and good water temperature. The breakfast was good and had sufficient choices! At check-in our room was ready before the standard time and the check out was also perfect because it was at 12!!

The room was spacious and clean . very neat bathrooms . Hot water was available 24/7 . The room service was excellent and Wifi was extermelly good. even though vacation time - had few meeting calls - internet was super good!. The in house restaurant was very nice value for money ! the brekfast had varities and fresh fruits and other things...The front desk was really nice to accomadate our requests and fullfil the requirements.

I love this hotel, it is very welcoming, nice design as per photos, recently renovated and impeccable clean. A very safe place as well as I was travelling by myself and had not to worry about my safety. The water pressure in the shower is super with hot water as you please. The breakfast is very nice with a decent selection of food and drinks in the morning. There are convenient stores close by where you can shop more food or drinks. The location is also good, has access to Metro and RER from which you can get to Gare Du Nord after few stops. For some people might feel that is too away from the city as will take you 30 to 45min to travel to central locations however I find it better, as the area is very quiet and excelent to get some rest after a long day around Paris. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, always welcoming with a smile. Also, the deposit has been received the moment I checked out which made the full process quicker and pleasant leaving without worries. This was my second stay here and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you the whole time for a great experience

The room was very clean, bathroom was lovely. Bed very comfy and wish I could stay longer. The staff were also friendly. We had a relaxing few days in Paris. Its great the doors are locked in the evening. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the Metro and a bus ride away from Gare du Nord. Lots of restaurants nearby and supermarkets.
