Everything was great – the apartment was very nice, clean, and well equipped, we didn’t miss anything. The host was very helpful and friendly, with excellent communication. The location is also perfect – close to the train and bus stations, making it easy to get to Disneyland or Paris. Highly recommended!

This was not the first time that we booked a family-oriented apartment near Disneyland Paris, but usually we are just using them for travelling through. We stayed 3 nights at this one, and it was the best one so far: the owner has this set up to perfection, if you ask us. So this is part of a bigger building that has been optimized and repurposed to be a small, but appropriate stay for families with two children. There is one main room that is living room, bed room and kitchenette combined. Behind it is a hall/storage room for clothes and luggage which also connects to the bathroom. The ceilings are relatively high. In the main room, there is a sofa that is converted to a double bed and a bunk bed that sleeps two. There is a large smart TV that the kids enjoyed with their Nintendo Swich. The wifi worked flawlessly. The kitchenette was very complete: it included a ceramic stove, pans, cutlery, a toaster, a water boiler and combi oven, so not just a microwave. There is no way to really let air flow through the apartment (no back window), but there are doors next to the front door which can be opened at night for ventilation. The owner thought of everything, e.g. a panel that blocks the light going to the bunk bed too early in the morning. On the way to the bathroom, there is a hall that also functions as a spacious cupboard with hangers and plenty of space to put all the bags. The hot water boiler is also located there. The bathroom features a pleasant shower (powered by the electric water boiler), toilet and sink with drawers. The distance to Disneyland Paris (which we visited one day) is very good. We went there by car in less than 15 minutes, but there is also a train station in Esbly which may connect to the park (which could have saved us parking cost at Disneyland). We also went to the Eiffel tower by car, a 40 minute ride. Esbly itself is a quiet, sleepy town. Felt very safe to park the car there overnight.

    A small but charming village, with specific french romantic architecture. One main street with a few take-out restaurants and fast foods, grocery shops (plus one Lidl supermarket on the outskirts of town, but not too far from center - 15 min walk), pharmacy, barber, etc. Direct train line to Paris (Gare de l'Est - 30 min). 20 min bus line direct to Disneyland, 5 min bus line to Meaux.

    I really liked everything about the accommodation. It is in a very good location, the village of Esbly is very friendly and homely. The accommodation is in a quiet place. The room is well equipped and comfortable. Everything is within a few minutes of the accommodation, shops, pharmacies, restaurants, Tabac Shop. The center of Paris is 25 minutes by train. Disneyland is 15 minutes by bus. We were very satisfied, we really liked it. Thank you for everything!

    It's very nice place to stay, very quiet area close to everything you need, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy.... transportations were very easy. just 300 meters far from the Train station and a bus station. very close to Disneyland (10 minutes by bus). It was comfortable. . People are very friendly and helpful. Recommended. For sure will book it again if we visit Esbly, France

    The house was fully equipped with everything you needed for your stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, as was the lounge area. The location was convenient to the town of Esbly only a 10 minute walk away to takeaways and shopping stores. Great private parking area aswell.
