We had an absolutely lovely 3 night stay in June. The view from our bedroom and the terrace is out of this world! The room was lovely with all the amenities you need like a hairdryer. Just a small note that it does not have a coffee station in the room. The bed was great and the hotel was very quiet even though it is a very old building. The staff are very friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was delicious with a selection of breads, pastries and yoghurt. The dinner is a wonderful culinary experience that I would definitely recommend, although it is quite expensive. We will most definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The garden with many roses, a hot tub and a small pool is just amazing. Especially the view over the valley from the hot tub was a WOW for me. It was the best way to finish our days. The hotel is romantic and beautifully decorated. Good beds, shower and lots of space in the room. Breakfast is to die for. The place is quiet, and the owners are very respectful and helpful. They gave us many good recommendations.

The house itself is beautiful, full of interesting objects and respectful of its fascinating history. Bertrand is really the star of the Maison Maleville though; he made us feel like guests in his home. He is very generous and kind, and could not be more helpful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, served outside on the sunny morning, and in his beautiful dining room when the weather wasn’t good. We would not hesitate to stay with Bertrand again - we loved it!

Gorgeous traditional cottage with original features and modern fixtures and fittings. En suite double bedroom full of character, and 3 single beds with a second bathroom on the top floor in the loft. Loved watching the swallows and house martins fly close to the windows. Fantastic location in central Domme, a beautiful old bastide town in the Dordogne. Really friendly owners who live next door. Very clean. Everything you need for self catering. Free parking available with the resident permit (provided) in a number of nearby car parks. Lots to do nearby.

Warm welcome from Marianne on arrival, she showed us around, large nicely decorated room with table and chairs in corner. Microwave and fridge in corridor outside room. Terrace to eat, drink and relax. Free parking at property. Varied fresh breakfast provided each morning. Great location for dordogne river, chateau’s, pretty villages, hiking and cycling. Yet secluded and quiet. Good value. Really enjoyed our stay, and Marianne’s hospitality.
