Everything about this hotel is exceptional - the staff were kind, warm and provided a fantastic seamless service making everything easy without a bother. I’ve never experienced anything like it. The food was also exceptional.. at both the hotel main restaurant and the bistro. The spa was wonderful and the room was comfortable.

I'm warning anyone considering booking this accommodation because the amount was debited twice from my account, and I've been trying to get a refund since December 26th. The person in charge isn't responding and is making up stories. BEWARE

Place is Magic. The Staff is Magic. Everything is perfect. One of the few the hotels that thinks of so many details. You are truly at home. Not in a hotel. Everything is done for you. All thr staff is lovely from front desk to kitchen and service led by the lovely and knowledgable Jean Marc. The restaurant is amazing and concept of one table fabulous. Spa gym and cinema are great.they go above and beyond having helped me prepare lovely flowers and card for my partner.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and the ambiance of this boutique hotel was absolutely phenomenal. Our experience exceeded all expectations, and we cannot wait to come back. Highly recommended!”

All in all, we had a superb stay, and the staff was very friendly and super attentive. The rooms were very cosy and comfortable, and the hotel had a great relaxing atmosphere. The food was amazing and the chef made sure to meet your every expectation. Very nice concept and it really feels like you're visiting someones home.
