It was a beautiful room even for just sleeping, spacious and spacious bathroom too. Good value for money. Friendly and helpful receptionist and staff. Close to store and restaurants too.

They were friendly, the room was very comfortable, the fridge was cool enough, the water in the bathroom was warm enough :-) I loved the colour of the room. The parking places were easy to use- as a foreigner in France it is a big thing. The last day we leave the room at 5 am(before the breakfast time), but they can manage, to give us breakfast!!!

- Quiet location (but you need a car). - Our room lacked the bunk bed (as advertised), but the host fixed the issue by giving us an extra room as compensation..

Pleasant, relaxing stay in a historic and grand old chateau. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to make the stay pleasurable, and patiently spoke English. Breakfast was a delight! EV charging station right in front of of the chateau, and it was perfectly safe to leave the car there while it charged. Be sure to try La Creperie just steps from the chateau for easy meals.

Can only describe this as a “quirky” hotel with a very eclectic mix of rooms and furnishings… Situated right on the banks of the River Marne… I can imagine it would have been very prestigious at one time…. The hotel and room was comfortable, but I suggest that the cuisine is the star of the show.. Fantastic food adn great wine selection… The host/owner was extremely welcoming and he is the chef… Definitely worth a stop/visit if in the area
