Our host was very friendly and knowledgeable on the places of interest to visit. Didn't use the pool as wrong time of year. We asked for the use of a kettle and one was provided. It was pitch black outside at night and provided excellent dark Skies for star gazing .

Easy access from train station. Walkable to many local places. They stored my suitcase and provided wifi (unlike Booking ad). Kitchen was complete and clean. Shower was full-size and pleasant.Washer and towel dryer were a wonderful surprise.

Excellent value for money, clean and modern with friendly staff. The hotel is in an excellent location with shops and food options close by. An excellent base to explore the area. The parking is also excellent with some of it under a roof cover, especially good as it was raining. I would stay again if in the area.

Staff and owners couldn't do enough for you very friendly and helpful,even though there was a language barrier we managed to communicate. Good parking for two motorbikes lovely gardens and a very comfortable bed. The owners gave us a bottle of bubbly on departure which was a kind gesture. Would definitely stay there again..
