Anne was very friendly and accommodating to our time. She greeted us and showed us the place. The parking along the street is limited. If not available, we park along the main road about 5min walk away. The surrounding town looks abandoned. All the shops were not opened and there was no supermarket nearby. Maybe because it was winter. The apartment is on level 4 of an old building. The stairs leading up is narrow and steep and on a spiral. We had 2 medium luggage each weighing about 20kg. It was really hard to bring these up those stairs. There is only 2 inverter heater in the building. 1 in the bedroom upstairs and the other in the dining room downstairs. The rest of the apartment was very cold. There is no heater in the bathroom and toilet. So these rooms are also very cold.

The host was excellent. I booked late having been stranded on a French bank hol;iday and the response and support was virtually immediate. The property itself has considerable style - The owners clearly Verdi afficionados! It was an 'olde worlde' feel that might not suit some but I found it charming and relaxing. The Otello suite was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and well located for the town centre. I would recommend this property, it will be my first choice for subsequent overnights here and my first recommendation to visitors

Absolutely loved our stay at Roque Rouge Cottage by Tiny Away! The cottage is spotless, cozy, and perfectly designed. Every detail feels thoughtful and well cared for. It has both air conditioning and heating, which made it comfortable day and night. We also appreciated the small touches like basic ingredients (oil, salt, sugar, instant coffee), which made cooking super convenient. The surroundings are peaceful and the hosts are very friendly and responsive: check-in and communication were effortless.

We received a warm welcome after receiving clear directions to the car park where the bikes were really secure and out of sight. The young couple were extremely helpful despite the language difference. The rooms were individually named and decorated which added an interesting touch. There is no restaurant but there is an intersting bar nearby for all sorts of wines and a restaurant within easy distance. Breakfast was what one expects in a small provincial hotel and was ample.

Absolutely fantastic stay with a super kind hostess, Nele! She was wonderful with our children, and the room was ready early so we were able to access the room directly. Great facilities and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend! Will be back!

It is a beautiful village, there is much more than you...

It is a beautiful village, there is much more than you expect in such a small village, beautiful terraces for everyone, nice shops and market where you can buy everything and a very nice park with herbs and beautiful trees and there are taps with cold water for when your bottle is empty
