This is my first Ibis experience and it has converted me forever. I’m afraid before this I have never been tempted. My loss! The bed and pillows were so comfortable I slept very well. The room was clean and I had a good breakfast before leaving. Fortunately they checked the room and delivered my prescription glasses that I had left behind while I was eating. Thank you IBIS!!! I travelled with two dogs and we were all treated very well. Great location and parking.

A wonderfully, welcoming, fun and quirky place. Cyril was an excellent host. My room was immaculate with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and faultless. Breakfast was simple but of high quality. Location is on the outskirts of the town but I took a +-2km walk along the road and then along the river, across the bridge and to a fine restaurant recommended by Cyril. I highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting the area or when passing by Chatellerault.

We enjoyed the spacious comfortable room with a really good bed. The chateau is beautiful with a lovely view over the countryside and at dawn the surrounding garden and trees are alive with songbirds. The proprietors were really interesting and told us about the history of the chateau over a delicious and beautifully presented breakfast.

The hotel is small, quiet and very beautiful.

The hotel is small, quiet and very beautiful. Set in old farmstead around a garden with everything you could want for a short stay it was excellent all around. A good stop on journey from Caen to Bordeaux - the holiday really began here

Lovely setting and gardens. Beautifully renovated rooms and exterior. Buffet breakfast was first rate and good value for money. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was closed on the Sunday we visited but the reception sent recommended local restaurants by email. Could perhaps do with fridges in room and possibly a mini bar/honesty bar to cope with Sunday when the Hotel bar is closed.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. Big, comfortable room which was very quiet. We had dinner & breakfast, both of which were excellent. Plenty of parking too. Will definitely be on our list to visit again.
