My experience was exceptional thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to ensure my visit was joyful and comfortable. A special thank you to Andrew at the reception, whose warmth and professionalism set the tone for my stay, and to the friendly and kind Severin at the reception, whose attention to detail was remarkable. Brigitte at reception was a true gem—always welcoming, kind, and ready to assist with a smile. Frederick provided outstanding service at the bar, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Tiziana at the restaurant made dining a delight with her exceptional hospitality, and Kristina, who was housekeeping, ensured my room was spotless and cosy throughout my stay. Each of these outstanding individuals added a personal touch that made my visit unforgettable. Their dedication to excellence and genuine guest care sets Hotel Eliseo apart. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the Basilica and our room was spacious, modern and comfortable. The staff at the hotel are what makes it shine! The front desk team particularly Anthony and Abbey were proactive and helpful. The restaurant was a little expensive but the food was exceptional (the best we had Lourdes) and the service staff in the restaurant fantastic. I want the breakfast chef’s mandeleine recipe! We had a lovely stay here.
