Lovely property a drive away from Ranua Zoo. This place is in the countryside, on a farm with dairy cows, and hosted by a really friendly family. The property is comfortable and spacious with all of the basics you will need (do go to the supermarket/shops before arriving as otherwise you have a long drive there and back). We slept very well, with no noise or disturbances (we were a family of 4, with 2 small kids). The sauna, overlooking the lake, is *really* something. Bring your swimclothes. Location is very nice, calm and peaceful area, next to very big lake. Definitely nice at summertime too! But you need your own transportation, to move around the more rural area. House was more than excellent, big, nice interior and had everything you need for the stay. Even ground coffee for the machine, tea, candies etc. Warm, cozy and convenient. Outdoor sauna and hot tub is big bonus. Hosts were super nice and helpful, explained everything, when we arrived and were happy to answer all questions at any time. We also saw some auroras, when we turned the lights off!! Overall so good, would like to stay there again.
