The house was in wonderful place, in a silent forest and very comfortable, with nice view from the excellent sauna. Our family had a great time here. We had a pleasure to see northen lights in the yard.

The cabin is beautiful and really cozy, and is surrounded by nature, so it's perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly nice and helpful, which made us feel so welcome. Plus, we were given great tips of places to visit and activities to do in the area.

Henna is a fantastic host - and it was lovely to read that the guesthouse has been in her family for generations. She was so so helpful. The guesthouse including our room was as clean as a whistle and felt homey and welcoming. We are really glad we stayed one night in Kittila town rather than going straight to Levi/Sirkka. We'll definiely stay at Golden Goose for a night next time we fly to Finnish Lapland. Also, on Henna's recommendation, we had a Finnish buffet brunch as our first meal in Finland at a cafe-restaurant across the road from the guesthouse. Really delicious, a local gem, and a total bargain for us as we were travelling on a budget.

Fantastic apartment. Host was very responsive. Kitchen very well equipped to self cater. Supermarket couple of mins drive. Restaurants nearby, but we did not try.
