I stayed at this new hotel in Addis during a recent work trip, and it far exceeded my expectations. I originally chose it based on just one previous review, and I’m so glad I did. Every word of praise was absolutely true. The owner of the hotel is a true gentleman who personally ensured I was comfortable throughout my stay. He even arranged a free airport pick-up and drop-pff (though I didn’t need the drop-off as a friend collected me) and allowed a late check-out at no extra charge. Small gestures that made a big difference. The entire team, from the reception staff to the waiters and housekeeping, were exceptionally kind and professional. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel completely at home. The hotel itself is spotless, the wi-fi is strong, and the food is delicious. The rooftop seating area offers a beautiful view of the city. What truly amazed me was the value for money. For such excellent service, comfort, and hospitality, the price is unbelievably reasonable. You get far more than you pay for here. I strongly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in Addis Ababa.

The staff is very caring and helpful. the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. the restaurant and room service are perfect. a lot of choice for breakfast. the wifi is very ok. the check-in was very fast. the hotel is recent, modern and close from many shops. I really appreciated my stay there.

The receptionist Brooke, was amazing. I loved the spa and i took the massage. Overall im not a fan of Injeera but in this hotel it was great, especially at the breakfast.
