This is a new hotel with very friendly staff that speak very good English. The rooms are very clean and house keeping does a good job. It is very near the airport and many other attractions. I would come back and stay here anytime.

AMAZING STAFF with a smile than never leaves their beautiful faces. :) They are always ready to help. I loved their hospitality, from the reception desk till the cleaning lady. I stayed for a whole week, and I have never felt more at home. <3 The best part is that the hotel is a walking distance from all the malls, Edna mall, Selam city mall, friendship store and hypermarket... <3 And... you have got to check out their lounge on the 9th floor... GREAT VIBE!

Human size hotel with nice and reactive staff. My room was big and clean. I also had a kitchen. The free on demand airport shuttle was very convenient and fast . The hotel is both downtown and conveniently located close to the airport. Buffet breakfast was varied but could be more tasty.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, the hotel manager, Salam, and her incredible staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The staff was very wellcoming and friendly from the front desk,managers and assistants all the restaurant employees and the house keeping they were outstanding employees very accommodating after I checked out I have to come back and stay in IVY hotel for 9 days and again I extended it for another 5 days till I fly back to Canada I absolutely recomend for any visitor to check it out the Rooms are very clean and full of space I am very happy with the location as it is in the center of the city. I would rate them *10 out 10*
