it is a beautiful, homely hotel. I had a lovely comfortable room, lovely bed, nice bathroom and an excellent breakfast!! The staff are very friendly and attentive.

Greeting, welcome and customer service from older gentleman upon arrival, Cleanliness, bed linens, air conditioning, peaceful and quiet, sitting areas in the facility, water pressure and temperature in the bathroom. Presence of a front office employee when I left early around 6:00am. I highly recommend this hotel and will book it again when in Astorga.

beautiful modern hotel. first rate room. Jenny on reception was amazing and helped sort out few issues as I have little Spanish. I noticed she was also helping another guest later on. how lovely.
