The staff were super helpful and were happy to answer the millions of questions I had. The rooms were super clean and very spacious. I loved the cookies on arrivals and the complementary minibar. Location also amazing.

Definitely one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in (and I have to say that I travel a lot for work). The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. And the views were spectacular. You can hear the sound of the sea and it is very peaceful.

The hotel is in an excellent location to explore the city, close to both sea sides (Puerto and Pescadería) and also within walking distance from the main bar and restaurant street (Rúa Galera/Olmos). The room was very comfortable and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They don't have parking on-site, though, so probably the best option if you have a car is the paid Marina Parrote parking, however it's a bit expensive at €20/24hs.

The gentleman at the réception was very professional speak English and French as well , the check-in took few moments, he was very friendly, without forgetting the lady who is in charge of breakfast very nice, friendly and humble, honestly very happy with the service . For us, Hotel Lois was perfect. We found the owners and staff to be very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable. The location was very central, with garage parking nearby. Breakfast was excellent. And the hotel restaurant was absolutely superb and highly recommended. Locals ate there. Value for money was good, both in the hotel and restaurant. We would definitely go back to Hotel Lois.
