The proprietor makes it clear that the hotel is old and a bit tired and that renovations are underway. It is in a beautiful place and extremely good value for money. He is absolutely charming and happy to help in anyway.

The location is idyllic.The property has a lovely garden and is in a quaint friendly village close enough to drive to most major attractions or to escape into the countryside. Breakfast is superb and served by a friendly host in a delightful rustic dining room or garden. Cozy, clean, and stylish apartment in a beautiful location. I chose this place as part of the trip to Rioja. We took a break from the hustle and bustle and enjoyed delicious coffee (which can be prepared in a capsule coffee machine) with a view of the mountains. From the window, you can hear birds singing and the river flowing. The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable cooking experience. There is a bathroom on each floor. The building has an elevator. You can park your car near the building. The nearest town Ezcaray with infrastructure, shops and restaurants can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The Rioja wineries are about an hour's drive away. It's a pleasant place to stay. Thank you!
