It's clean and comfortable. It's a quirky place to stay. You enter your room through a garage door and interact with staff through a porthole in your wardrobe. This is also where your food is delivered. About 10 mins from the Camino although I don't think pilgrims are the usual visitors.

    Tui is a beautiful town located near the border with Portugal. Ideal location for our rest day while walking the Camino Portuguese. The town is full of history and oozes charm and character. There are plenty of great places to eat or simply people watch in a cafe. Everything we wanted to do was in easy walking distance of our accommodation.

    Tui was gorgeous, wish I could have stayed longer than one...

    Tui was gorgeous, wish I could have stayed longer than one quick night but was meeting up with friends on the Camino and had to move on. So many good restaurants as well and the river walk is lovely! If you're on the Camino, stop at Albergue Ideas Peregrinas for their breakfast. It's a full-service cafe with strong coffee and American breakfasts with the nicest toasted baguettes. They have a store as well attached with Camino provisions - ponchos, poles with rubber tips, hats, shorts, wool socks, all high quality.

    Very historic old town.

    Very historic old town. It used to be the capital of Galicia. Beautiful cathedral. Location next to Mindo river makes it very special as well. Strolling along the river, with Tui lingering above was a delight.

    We were so appreciative that we were able to drop our bags off early and explore Tui. Manuel was very easy to deal with and responded immediately to any queries. The ladies who do the cleaning were lovely and so helpful. We had a great stay, loved the apartment and would definitely recommend

    1) Very friendly and efficient multilingual manager (es, gal, pt, en, it etc.)! 2) Works closely with Tuitransport to provide dependable luggage transfer along the Camino Portugués (Tui-Santiago). Large suitcase was waiting for me on arrival in Santiago, all exactly as agreed.

    Great garden. Good location, there seems to be a fair amount to do in TUI, although I was just breaking up my journey. Good kitchen area, with microwave and fridge. Plenty of seating, inside and outside. Free car park just across the road, easy walk to shops and restaurants
