Location, out of season trip. Loved the fact you could enjoy a wonderful spa hotel and catch the number 25 into the heart of Palma for €2 a trip per person. The spa facilities were a real enjoyment. Will definitely do a repeat visit.

Really like the location of hotel, it takes just 2 minutes walk to the beach, to the bus station. Very light and clean room with a bed king size and confortable matelas and pillows. Every day cleaning of the room. Hight quality work. Thank you very much. Breakfast and dinners - are good with different chooses of the products.

Everything was great! This hotel is new and very clean, their stuff was very friendly and polite. Our room was really spacious and it has everything you need. Great choice of food and it was delicious! We really enjoyed by the pool. It was close to the beach and bus station. German street and pubs are near, but you can avoid them going in other direction. We didn’t hear any noise. We would definitely come again.

The best part of the hotel is the gentleman speaking perfect British English and perfect German - he makes the experience feel very special. The food is out of this world - amazing. This is one of the best hotel experiences I have had and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much!
