From the moment and were greeted by the friendly, helpful and professional Mey I knew we would have a great holiday. The all inclusive package is a must and soooo worth it. Every staff member we interacted with was super friendly and welcoming. The evening shows were great and always entertaining. We had a fantastic holiday at a very awesome resort , thank you 🙏🏻

The flat has recently been remodeled, everything is new and it has been decorated very tastefully. There’s everything you need and the size of the apartment was perfect for me. The location is great, calm area but still very close (5 minutes walk) to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. On top of that Pippa is a super friendly, stayed here for 5 nights and found it absolutely perfect for me!

Magnificent view, adorable room, very comforyable and nice in a calm area and very close to the lovely Playa del Pirata! I loved this place and will happily return! Host was very helpful and friendly! You will totaly feel like taking part of being a modern count of Monte Christo here on the cliff, surrounded by the sky and the ocean. It is totally unique and unforgettable!

Our room had a calm balkony with beautiful view ideal for pleasure breakfast and dinner. Ideal for long evenings with wine. Our room equipment was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable and there was silence during night. We didnt be exact in the main hotel -- orqidea, but you can use their pools, pool towels and all pool area included bars and restaurants. There was another restaurant (not exact in hotel area) on the left side of sea called Chiringuito Bahia where was very nice staff and the best dessert called Polvito Uruguayo in Gran Canaria =) (only 2 minutes by walk from hotel)

    A quiet location with enough bars and restaurants but not a huge choice. After a week we would be a little bored without a car. The beach was nice with lots of families, couples and older people. No shopping as such.

    Lovely quiet area, not very commercial which was perfect. Lovely promenade walk along the sea front. Not many English which was fine. Had a couple of great nights out and explored a bit of the island. Enjoyed El Capitan on the beach… great staff, decent prices and tasty food. Great Italian in the commercial centre…and a night out in the The Rose bar. The staff were great, really friendly, sea view location, decent prices, singer was terrible but later on found out he is the owner🤣🤣

    The hotel was beautiful and friendly and very clean. Staff excellent /rooms cleaned everyday . Entertainment was excellent every day and the daytime too. Plenty of sunloungers. All nationalities young old and lots of children.

    San Augustin feels more residential than the large holiday...

    San Augustin feels more residential than the large holiday destinations. It does have some great hotels and we found the most amazing restaurant Cibarivm. Food was lovely and was such a nice experience too. We did not like the shopping centre which felt circa 1970. Walking in the area was easy with a beautiful promenade which had a few refreshment stops along the way. We felt very safe.

    The journey has been very good, but it has been the first...

    The journey has been very good, but it has been the first time in my holidays, when I have been harassed by the youngster with the knife and my car has been robbed in the same week. Apart form this everything was very good. I have got help from the police, my car has been replaced quickly and the bystanders helped to solve the dispute with "young criminals".

    More upmarket than Maspalomas, with enough nearby restaurants for a week or so. It only took 15 minutes to walk along the promenade to further restaurants near Maspalomas. However, if you want a serviced beach with beds, umbrellas and beach bar, you will have to walk along to the next beach - less than 5 mins.

    It was the best all inclusive hotel I've ever stayed!!! All the staff are very helpful and with smiles!!! The canarians are really happy people!!! So many activities for kids and adults. Highly recommend. I would definitely come again. The food and drinks they served are very good. I loved everything. I am leaving with alot of memories. And infact I don't wanna leave wish I've lived here. All the best paradisus melia we love you.

    We completely enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The only downside was a very poor view from our room but we did book economy so sure an excellent view would be available if paying a little more money. The atmosphere was really relaxing and the tagging of sunbeds as your own for your stay a very good idea saving much aggravation trying to get a sunbed.

    Staff members are very kind, shopping centre, supermarkets nearby, beach is not too far. In halfboard the dinner was next to the hotel in grill house. Quality serving with starters, main courses and dessert as well. Breakfast was good but the same every day. Swimming pools, especially children's pool aren't heated.

    Beautiful, modern, well equipped apartment with amazing sea views in a quiet area. The balcony has sun until late afternoon. Plenty of sunloungers around the pool. Close to San Agustin beach with a promenade that goes all the way to Playa del Ingles. Will definitely be back
