Lovely Hotel with very comfortable rooms. The Restaurants were lovely with a huge selection of food & drinks and catered for all you needs. The outside pool areas very clean and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will be returning.

It was very straightforward getting in, thanks to clear communication from Natalie beforehand. We loved the decor, the location was amazing (literally steps to great restaurants) the views, the space and the fact that practically everything you could possibly want had been thought of, from tea & coffee, to beach towels to local restaurant flyers. It was a place you immediately felt relaxed and at home in.

We are sad to be leaving today we have had a fantastic week. Really quiet location and easy to get a taxi to the villa if you have mobility problems. The marina is close by less than €5 we'll worth the visit.

Amazing experience the villa was located in a lovely quiet part of Puerto Calero a short walk from the main harbour which hosted some fantastic resuarants. We also werent too far from the hustle and bustle of Puerto Del Carmen which was a nice when we wanted to venture out. The property was spotless and felt cared for as if it were someones actual home and the pool was great. Sergio was nothing short of incredible he provided me information ahead of time of the gym price which was well worth it he then absolutely smashed our expectations when we enquired about leaving our bags on our check out day and collecting them later he not only accomodated this request he personally picked us up with our bags and drove us to the airport a true gentlemen and fabulous hosted. I would stay here when visiting lanzarote again 100% Id even wait to make sure I could book here again if its busy. Overall experience is one of the best ive had on holiday 20/10

The quiet location in a car-free complex was great. Nice to have Spanish neighbours living nearby. There was always easy parking when we had been out. The afternoon sunshine on the front terrace. A very relaxing place.

    It was quite, unspoilt ,no loud music, night clubs, flashing lights or tacky decor . A relatively new town but should try and maintain a high standard. Could not fault any restaurant. Check out the "H20 private boat trip", it is so worth it. This time we went out we had dolphins and hump back whales it was like living in a David Attenborough programme. This was all before the activities what an experience.

    Very peaceful and quiet area (in January anyway!) Adequate number of restaurants and bars. Excellent road network makes it easy to access the rest of the island and even though very close to the airport no air traffic noise at all!

    Peaceful but not dull!

    Peaceful but not dull! Lots of places to eat at the Marina and square and varied menus for all. Boat trips and submarine trips available along with some great off road buggies. Not too far from Puerto Del Carmen if some really lively action needed and taxi rank in town to take you there, about a 15 minute drive. If not in hotel there is a new development with a large supermarket opening soon so not too far to go to feed the family. We love Puerto Calero and have watched it develop over the last 20 years and it just keeps gettig better.

    Quiet harbour resort that is accessed by a steep hill. If self catering, the small supermarket is inadequate but has all the basics for 1st night and daily usage, water, bread etc. Plenty of restaurants. Small market twice a week. Good access to taxis (taxi rank)and buses - good service. Recommend Azure restaurant. Great food and speedy, friendly service..

    Fantastic upmarket resort with an attractive harbour and access to lots of things to do (ferry - or coastal walk - to Puerto del Carmen; submarine safari; buggy trips; jet ski trips; harbour side shops and varied restaurants and bars) in a very safe community with visible and regular security patrols. 15-20 minutes from the airport. The resort is set to go up a notch when the new Hiperdino supermarket opens, although we were a bit sad to see that Ferrer (quality fashion) and The Harbour Club (excellent dining) had closed since our last trip. However, there is still a good range of very good places to eat and drink overlooking the harbour and for shopping both Puerto del Carmen and Playa Blanca (particularly the new part between the old town and Rubicon) have excellent shops. Fund Grube and Mint are particular favourite for a splurge on fragrance and fashion - don't make the mistake of buying duty free before you have checked out Fund Grube and Dahlia for fragrance.

    The hotel is in a perfect location for a peaceful relaxing holiday with plenty to do and plenty to do at the hotel without having to it. It's a few minutes' walk to the beautiful marina in Porto Calero where there are a few little shops and some nice places to eat too. The hotel provides a shuttle bus into Pourto del Carmen 10 mins away, so that's great if you need a change of scenery .

    The pool was great and AC in the bedrooms was also very welcome as it was very hot during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the villa was very spacious and clean. Carlos was a wonderful host, always available and easy to contact and very helpful. We had a great stay in Puerto Calero
