Lovely apartment, very clean & the perfect size for 2 adults, all utensils you would need in the kitchen,lovely modern bathroom with walk in shower, nice size balcony with amazing views of the sunset in the evening,swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers, supermarket, restaurants etc on the doorstep & the wonderful host Joanna who could be contacted at any time during our stay & also arranged transfers to & from the airport.

Very nice hosts have a little dog "Baron", who welcomes all guests. We had a spacious apartment with useful equipment. The indoor facility is a swimming pool where you can relax before a larger trip. The facility is well connected, has a shopping center nearby, and discount stores where you can make current purchases.

The apartment is spacious and clean, has a nice balcony and an underground parking lot. Perfect for family with 2 kids. The kitchen has all necessary appliances an tableware and good size dining table. There is an Ikea ladder step which is very useful with younger children. I like how the owner communicated - you feel welcome and safe. The check in and check out was simple.

Location is amazing, in front of the Hard Rock Hotel, next to a supermarket. It has a wonderful sea view. It is close to the beach. Property has everthing you may require. It is more proper for people who likes quiet environments with sea.

    If you're looking for a quieter place where you can relax in peace or enjoy an evening drink, this is the ideal spot. If you're after a lively nightlife, I would recommend choosing a different location.

    While the place was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay...

    While the place was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay and the local beaches, we ended up being dependant on a rental car if we wanted to visit places as the public transport is not reliable. The tour operators were however very helpful and many of the places we visited by car can be reached via tour buses. There is also not that many walking/hiking trails or places to stroll as you would get in the bigger resorts or closer to the national parks. Plenty of restaurants and shops around though.

    Location was good opposite Hard Rock Hotels.

    Location was good opposite Hard Rock Hotels. Very fond of IKEA as tasteful décor with trinkets pics etc. Kitchen was good with plenty of cooking utensils. Swimming pool was good plenty of sunbeds. Highlighted no parking space though found parking in other areas around quite easy. Bus service 471 was very good as both catching and retuned just outside the apartment area. Disliked · I always bring my Firestick so was not a problem though if want to watch TV big problem as WIFI was not working in conjunction with TV as not able to bring up UTube and therefore only 1 station in English. Informed the host and tech person came out but unable to rectify. Bed creaked badly on one side and we would be described as normal weight as visit the gym so not over weight. Towels, plenty though require replacing as worn and very thin. Not a criticism Toiletries which were highlighted very poor didn't use though if used mounted pump shampoo and shower cream in the shower seen in hotels and other apartments. Sofa in wrong location as very hard to watch TV though to be fair moved the sofa ourselves as only wall to place sofa along.

    It's dominated by the large hotels and therefore there are not many facilities for people staying in apartments. Most buildings are highrises, so the experience depends very much on which side of the building your accommodation is facing. Coastal walks are lovely in both directions - towards Callao Salvaje as well as towards La Caleta via El Puertito (a lovely authentic village.). Beaches are great - much more quiet than in the main resorts, at times almost like a private beach.

    The accommodation was absolutely great.

    The accommodation was absolutely great. Petra is an excellent host. She took care of us from the moment we arrived, she responded quickly to SMS. The accommodation was clean, nobody disturbed us, the apartment was modern and fully equipped. Great vacation. I recommend. 9,5/10

    Since my family is not fond of very touristic locations and...

    Since my family is not fond of very touristic locations and loud parties, then Playa Paraiso was just the right spot with reasonable amount of options of what to do. In this location, however, I would suggest to have a car to be able to move around.
