This hotel is far away from the city center and it's a plus. Due to that you get much bigger room and nicer hotel facilities than in the center of Valencia, for the cheaper price. It takes 30-40 minutes to get to the city center by direct line of metro and a small walk. Don't expect fun going around hotel - it's a quiet place with nice inner yard to have a slow breakfast, some relax in the patio, and than go to Valencia for all the entertaiment. The room is big, cosy and clean. We even had jacuzzi in a bathroom.

The location was fantastic, being only a 2 minute walk away from the city square and basically a 15 minute walk from all the main attractions and restaurants in Valencia. We were pleasantly surprised at how classy the lobby was upon arrival, which was filled with artistic pieces and even a florist shop! The reception staff were extremely friendly and a great help, as they offered us a room upgrade and helped us get reservations at local restaurants. Moreover, the breakfast was located on the rooftop and the view was amazing. It was one of the rare hotels we've been in in Europe that offered buffet breakfasts, with a live eggs station and a coffee bar with a barista. In general, it was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in in Spain and couldn't recommend it more.

It's not worth what they charge, almost €100 a night.

It's not worth what they charge, almost €100 a night. I've slept in better roadside hotels for less. Noisy, old doors, dirty showers, they don't even give you a shower cap. If you want to rest, I don't recommend this hotel.

The window does nothing to block out the noise.

The window does nothing to block out the noise. The room has an intolerable noise from the AC motor. The TV signal is very poor (the image freezes). The refrigerator wasn't working. At 9:00 AM, children were running in the hallway. The cleaning staff arrived at 9:00 AM.

Picanya is a small village on the outskirts of Valencia.

Picanya is a small village on the outskirts of Valencia. Just a 10-minute metro ride takes you to Valencia's historic center. Its great feature is its location, off the beaten path and therefore quiet and peaceful. I haven't eaten at Picanya because we've always traveled around Valencia.

The hotel staffl were very friendly. Location to the Metro made it so easy and cheap to get into Valencia. Free parking was excellent. The room was clean and tidy and breakfast included was perfect. It cost us less than £18 each which made it excellent value for money. I would recommend this hostel for anybody who doesn't like wasting money. It was brilliant.

The staff is really very nice and friendly, the breakfast included in the price is also good. You have all facilities you need in the hotel. The location of the hotel is close to the train station, so you can easily reach the old center of Valencia in 15 minutes (zone AB).

The staff were helpful. The hotel is being refitted after the recent Dana which makes it understandable it was below the expectation I would have for a hotel. It has a safe and mini bar.
