The apartment is located in the Pasito Blanco, Meloneras area on the south of Gran Canaria. This is one of the most prestigious places on the island. Right next to the complex, there is a bus stop, just as you step out of the complex. Transport – excellent connection: buses run every 10 minutes, you can quickly get to Maspalomas, Arguineguín, Puerto Rico, and even to the airport. Also liked the beach and marina – a large harbor, calm sea, yachts, elite atmosphere. In 5 minutes there is a millionaire's neighborhood – nearby elite villas, a golf club, a yacht club, and expensive restaurants. I liked the combination of convenient transport accessibility, elite surroundings, and proximity to the beach, so this is really one of the best places for vacation or even living in the south of Gran Canaria. Also liked Faro de Maspalomas – the famous lighthouse, the symbol of the south of the island, which is 10 minutes from the complex. There is also another Maspalomas Beach – with dunes, ideal for walking. Also, Playa del Inglés is 15 minutes from the complex – parties, bars, nightclubs.

I booked a villa with a private pool , and the garden and pool area was pretty amazing, huge space , clean and modern and over all really private for a perfect romantic holiday ! The stuff really made our stay special and we’re always very attentive to our needs , a special thanks for the waiter/barmaid David who was always smiling and friendly with us and also to Dorian from the reception who was very helpful. The food was great and breakfast delicious .

Small resort. All amenities in place at the apartment. Relaxed atmosphere. All staff very friendly and welcoming. We always had a small lunch there too which was in our opinion really good. If you want your apartment to be cleaned it’s really well done with new towels. Also towels available for the pool beds.

    A well refurbished, modern, 2 floor like-a-new house in a private community area with ocean view and private small heated pool, as promised in the description. We shared the house with a friend family (4 adults, 4 children with different ages 6-17), the house was spacious enogh, there are 2 big bedrooms with bathroom and 2 smaller ones with a shared bathroom on the first floor and a separated toilet on the upper floor. The location is good, there is a nice restaurant and a small grocery store in the community area, but you can find many nearby in 5 minutes drive. Absolutely recommended accomodation!
