It was an absolute privilege to stay here. We had a wonderful welcome to this beautiful, immaculately clean establishment. Our room was at the top with port windows so we had a good view. It was spacious, with an excellent mattress and linen. The bathroom was large, and there is plenty of luggage and storage area. There are two common dining and lounge areas. Close to supermarkets, train station and town centre. Loved it. Luxury after some basic Camino accommodation.

    Very clean, comfortable, spacious room and bathroom. Really appreciated on site restaurant and bar which meant we didn't have to leave the hotel during our one night stay. Very easy access to the centre of Bilbao next day. Great value for money.

    - Parts of the hotel and our room had modern amenities and upgrades - underground parking - walking distance to downtown train. Only took 20 mins to get downtown - did not encounter too much traffic in Ortuella

    Functional modern hotel. not the most scenic location but very conveniently placed near ferry port. A nearby train station, Orioste, brings you into the centre of Bilbao in less than 30min. Receptionist very helpful.

    Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. Good food in the restaurant. Secure garage parking. Very convenient for Brittany Ferries terminal at La Zierbena (about 15/20 mins away)
