1. Host was very accommodating. Showed us around the house and how to use the facilities in the house. 2. Gave us toothbrush set, bath sponge, oranges, muffin, mineral water and laundry powder/liquid. 3. A spacious, open air backyard for hanging our laundry with retractable roof cover. 4. Very complete kitchen and house facilities. 5. Supermarket is around 100 metres away. Very convenient to shop for our groceries. 6. Free parking in front of the house.

Exceptionally clean, friendly and beautiful. My wife had birthday and Antonio and Lola (who are the owners) prepared the room perfectly with my request and by their warm greeting. The hotel and room are cozy and very quiet. The kitchen is delicious, we’ve tried salmon and dorada. Both had restaurant serving and taste. We’ve been in different places around the world, but this is gonna stay as exceptional in our hearts. Thank you very much Antonio and Lola

Great and fair priced breakfast in a separate backyard two minutes away. We had the suite 103 and loved the huge bath tub and the additional shower opportunity. The bed was very comfortable and had just a thin sheet on it. It was Perfect even with the ac on through the whole night. An extra crib was put in our room for us.

Really convenient. Rooms in secure compound on ground floor level. Parking outside door of room. Clean. A little dated but good value for money and suited us as a stop over on our way south. Will definitely consider staying over again.

We stayed in a room with a mountain view for one night. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the air conditioning was really appreciated with the warm weather. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal for visiting both the old town and the castle of Xàtiva. It’s within walking distance to some bars and restaurants, and there’s a cute little bakery right next door. We only stayed for one night, but we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here!
