Everything about the stay was perfect. There was a common fridge for my level where guests can help ourselves to fruits and 1.5L bottled water, a very welcoming geature after a 30km camino walk. Guy at reception was warm and friendly and walked us to our room on L2, and also provided extra shower caps at our request. The reception area is spacious and welcoming with fresh flowers. Each guest was also treated to 2 pieces of chocolates in our room and heater works!.Room also had an exterior patio. Location is perfect and near to a big supermarket with very good deli!

The layout of the bedroom and bathroom is extremely comfortable, with all spaces and facilities being brand new, clean, and modern. The eggs and bacon served at breakfast were freshly made—hot and delicious. The unlimited refills of coffee and tea outshine 99% of the hotels in Spain, meaning you can enjoy hot water at any time of day! Pure happiness! The lady who welcomed me was very friendly and patiently explained everything. It was clear that she truly values guest feedback and comfort. This is a hotel that pays great attention to detail and genuinely cares about the well-being of its guests. It has been the warmest stop on my Camino pilgrimage.
