Even though the location of the Residence is not in the centre, it is well connected by the Metro line that goes straight to the centre of Valencia. But an added bonus of not being in the centre is the quiet area, where not much of the busy town noises can be heard. I stayed in a single room, which had everything I needed for a night's stay. Breakfast was ok, and the staff was very friendly. Check-in was also easy and my request for an early check-in was accepted, for which I am grateful. I definitely recommend the residence.

The Location of the Hotel is very good. It's a short walk into the old town and bus stops also very close to get around. The rooms are modern and comfortable and very clean and quiet. The staff is very nice and helpful, helped us book a taxi with a child seat and also made sure it that we got picked up early in the morning. Breakfast is not huge but very nice variety we stayed 5 nights and always had more than enough.

An immaculately clean small hotel located on a quiet road in Paterna, which was ideally located for our attendance at the Valencia MotoGP. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms serviced daily if required (towels and sheeets changed - room cleaned). No meal options but that didn't bother us. "Heron City" is just a short walk away providing a number of eating and entertainment options. The en-suite bathroom is small and basic but there is plenty of hot water and the shower works very well. There is a pleasant "sitting out" communal area with lighting for a late evening. Also a swimming pool which is open in the summer months. I would recommend this hotel 100%.
