Monica was an amazing host. She couldn’t be more helpful. She let us do some yoga in the breakfast room! Rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. The Pensión is a little out of town but not too far and well worth it for the standard of accommodation and service. I’d highly recommend.

We were Camino Pilgrims looking for accommodation in the area. It was a beautiful home with a full kitchen and one and a half baths. We had access to the landlady's laundry facilities and courtyard. The Host was very kind and responsive to us. There are several cafes within easy walking distance; one of them was Vegan.

We only stayed a night because we were on the Camino.

We only stayed a night because we were on the Camino. We would have wanted to stay longer, the city had many historic places and old churches, but a many were closed (we were there on a Sunday). There was a farmer's market which had many interesting artisanal food. The cafes were bustling - we only had time for churros con chocolate (where we ordered double because it was sooo good) - but there were many food places - bakeries, pastry shops, cheese, jamon, and everything in between. Would love to come back and spend more time in this beautiful city. The city was bounded by mini forests which was a joy to traverse, with the trail dotted by chestnuts.

While we stayed in Furelos, we were a short walk to Melide.

While we stayed in Furelos, we were a short walk to Melide. We loved the food especially the octopus at Garnacha. Additionally, we enjoyed visiting St. Anthony Chapel. There are many stores should you need to pickup supplies on your Camino route.

Quick smooth check-in, very friendly girl on reception who explained and advised on all the facilities. Rooms are purpose built and are excellent. Great lighting, air conditioning/ heating, tv , very comfortable beds with loads of space and storage. Likewise the bathroom is large and bright with a terrific shower. There is also a shared kitchen and dining area if you want to cook and there are at least two supermarkets close by. If you are staying in Melide , treat yourself. Would highly recommend.

An amazing find and just heavenly to stay there. If I ever visited this lovely wee place again, I would definitely stay here again. There were two of us and one had an en-suite and the other their own bathroom. Theapartment was sparklingly clean, the decor is fabulous and it is so spacious. The owner is adorable and was so sweet and kind. A real gem in Melide!

Fantastic location in the centre of Melide, we had a room at the front and even with all the traffic the soundproofing was amazing. The hotel is located on the Camino. Our room was spacious and clean, great bathroom.
