The location was fantastic – you have plenty of great restaurants nearby as well as within the resort itself. It’s a perfect place to enjoy dinner and then take a nice evening walk, since the resort also has a kind of shopping area where you can spend time and relax. The hotel is directly by the sea, and you can see the ocean right from the property, which makes the view and atmosphere truly special. The resort itself feels like a palm tree oasis, with beautiful landscaping that gives you the impression of being in a tropical paradise. The large infinity pool was another highlight I really enjoyed.

We booked during the first week of Maspalomas Pride and were glad to have some distance from the Yumbo! It was peaceful, the staff were amazing (especially the guy who made us breakfast every morning - I’m not sure if we’ve ever met a happier person!) The bungalows were spacious with well equipped kitchenettes and each had some private outside space to relax. There was also plenty of space by the pool and the sauna on the roof was an added bonus.

the place is very clean, and maspalomas is really a great city for vocation! we stayed for four days there- yhe weather is sunny everyday. There are shallow water area in the swimming pools for kids, which is really nice. we had perfect holidays there, many thanks!

I have been to Sanom many times for pool days and this my second time staying. It's exceptionally clean, very quiet and the staff are amazing. The location is great as it's right in-between the yumbo centre and the beach front.

Pleasant, well looked after grounds. Air con. Spacious and comfortable accommodation. Table and chairs outside accommodation. HDMI port in TV a challenge to access and didn’t work. Plenty of free parking. Separate sunbathing away from pool. Good check-in and check-out times. Enjoyed Table Tennis. Price was good especially as breakfast included.

We loved to be 10 minutes drive away from the very touristic area of Maspalomas and instead enjoy the view of maspalomas dune from the mountains. We enjoyed the drive to Pico de Nieves. The mountains are wonderful. Canyons and then pine trees. The view from Pico de Nieves and through the journey there is incredible. The dunes deserve a visit as well as puerto de mogan. But the mountains are a paradise.

Very nice town for family holiday, you can find all you want, hotels, beaches, restaurants, markets, palms, there are interesting places close to town, like Palmitos Park, harbour in Puerto Rico, Poema del Mar in Las Palmas. Only one problem is to find parking place near sea and avoid car towage by local police :-)

Lacy’s apartment made Maspalomas very good for us, otherwise it’s too busy and fabricated. It’s for mass Turism but attractive places though. The sunset and a good walk in dunes far from the mirador 🤩 The high quality of the massages at Hannam and wellness and again the high standard of Lacy’s apartment and the high standard of their service. .Must go to eat fish at the fishermen’s cooperative in Arguineguín .Visit puerto Mogán And Fataga not too far and easy drive up in the mountain

I have not visited Maspalomas for about fifteen years,and...

I have not visited Maspalomas for about fifteen years,and headed for the Yumbo Centre,where most of the night life,bars and restaurants are. It has really deteorated,and looks very tired.The bars and restaurants are still good,but the actual framework of the centre needs serious investment.Quite scruffy overall.

The area is lovely and just a stone's throw from El Faro, where all the best restaurants and shops are and also a stone's throw to Yumbo shopping centre and very entertaining night life. It's far enough away from both to be tranquil, but only a few euros in a taxi.

The whole resort of Maspalomas is very upmarket with lots of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. The standard of the food and service in the restaurants and bars is fantastic and very friendly. The beach backed by the sand dunes and nature reserve is beautiful and the sunsets over the lighthouse and sea front are exceptional, with many coming to watch in the evening. There is a bus station in town with regular local buses to other resorts, the market at Puerto de Mogan each Friday and the city of Las Palmas, which is definitely worth a visit. We stayed there for a week one year and it is a vibrant and historic city, with a wonderful cathedral, a thriving food scene, designer shops and a magnificent beach.

This staff and hotel itself was 5 star the only let down was the food mediocre at best, the drinks just ok , the buffet area was Ok although could probably do with looking at changing some of its hot food ,the deserts where very good don't bother booking the restaurants as we got up and left and went to the buffet in the main building as there was more selection and better food,all in all this is a 4 star hotel that could quite easily be a 5 start if the the food and drink standard is improved ,

We arrived late at night and Massimo waiting us. Apartment was so clean, have everything what we needed. Nice view, cool furnishings . Massimo was always available. The beach is not far, there are shops and restaurants nearby. And on one of the days there was a market on the street with quite interesting things. Definitely if we visit Gran Canaria again we would stay in the same apartment.

This has been probably the best All Inclusive stay I’ve ever had in my life. All was close to perfect: a hotel itself, a great choice of food, swimming pools, a super friendly staff, drinks at the bars. On top of it we enjoyed two big parties: the New Year eve and Friday neon one. We will come back!
