Quiet hotel accommodation with ground floor rooms. Secure key card entry building in a separate building across the street from the main hotel. Off street parking locked at night. Nice restaurant for breakfast and evening meals. Both buildings with a sense of old grandeur. A nice place to visit and would recommend. Lounges, bar, and well tended gardens.

Everything! The location set in the most beautiful grounds. Laura and team were so nice and welcoming, great breakfast and delicious evening meals. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Didn’t want to leave when our 4 days were over. Thank you to all at Finca El Azahar for a most wonderful stay!

We are so lucky since Balcon de la Sierra recently opened, and all amenities were in place. Ana and Samuel are super great hosts. They ensured that our stay at their place was comfortable. They even provided 1 extra room during our stay. I highly recommend Balcon de la Sierra as a place where you can be comfortable and secure. Especially for family, this is exceptional since they have a clean pool with a nice mountain view. The location is in the middle of all key places where you can drive 30-1 hour between Trujillo, Merida, Caceres, Guadalupe, Plasencia, and Badajoz. 10/10 rating for our experience. Beautiful house and room, comfortable bed, great shower, delicious breakfast with bread, jambon and sweet pastries as well as coffee in the room, perfect central location to go exploring. Though there isn't parking at the property, we parked in a public street a few 100 meters away, which worked well. Had to carry the suitcase across cobbled streets, but you could offload next to the property and then go and park up.

Enjoy the combination of this hotel's magnificent surroundings with the beauty of its characteristic building, dating from the 16th century.

First of all, I have to mention the super friendly and accommodating staff. The entire hotel is simply fantastic; I've never stayed in such a beautiful hotel. Excellent value for money.
