I was very welcomed at reception and was lucky enough to have an upgrade, I was staying in a deluxe apartment. Very convenient that there is underground parking at the hotel. Clean rooms, lovely views of the mountains. I took advantage of the pool and sunbathing. Very tasty breakfasts, lots of fruit, I liked the natural honey! I highly recommend to visit near the hotel a beautiful park with fountains and a beautiful alley of flowers. I had a wonderful time.

everything good. the stay went pretty smooth. cental, about 15 min walk you could reach the center of Santa Cruz… easy to move around even without public transport. the hotel was clean and nice, staff was very polite and available.

The architecture of this establishment is very well done — beautifully designed and thoughtfully maintained, adding a lot of charm to the overall experience. We appreciated how attentive the host was when we expressed our concerns about not getting the room we had originally booked, as it needed some repairs and the noise from the city made it difficult to sleep in the old house. The host listened carefully and moved us as soon as possible to a lovely room in the garden, where we had a much more comfortable and peaceful stay.

We loved our stay at this wonderful hotel so much. The room view is stunning, the room was so special and clean and spacious. the staff is so lovely and helpful. We were greeted every morning by Yurena, who made the best cappuccino magico = CM, she is just the best person on earth. And Elaine prepared a delicious breakfast for us every morning, with great care for special wishes. We really could not be happier with our stay and we will be back again!

Honestly the hotel was absolutely amazing. From the beautiful interior, to the extremely friendly staff, the rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfy and it was simply beautiful. The entrance to the hotel is stunning with a glass ceiling and gorgeous quaint cafe.
