The Hotel staff were extremely helpful, I was only staying 3 nights, so wanted to get as much done as possible, absolutely AMAZING guidance on what to see. Hotel perfectly positioned for all transport hubs and city centre 20 minutes by bus.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very sweet staff at front desk. When our payment was taking time to reflect in their system (even though I had already paid in the website), they were kind enough to let us into the rooms. they said that they didn’t want to wait in the lobby as we all looked quite tired and it was late in the evening
