Wonderful little town sit in the past, no noises apart from the sea and the wind. Breataking cliff as a background, wonderful sand beach for spectacular walks! The town has dirt roads, it seems belonging to another time, enchanting, white, no advertisement as Manrique (the local artist of Lanzarote) worked with politicians to keep a visual decor (all hourses withe, two floors only, no advertisment). It was paradise for me! Just being there and admire the athmosphere!

Famara is a great location for surfers with high waves, clean beach and many surfing schools and renting facilities. There are maybe 5 restaurants in the town and 2-3 little shops, so if you like shopping and eating nicely or if you are vegan (like me ;) that might be not a right place for you. There is only one restaurant that offers plenty of (vegetarian and) vegan options. There is a lot of fresh and local sea food offered though for the great prices. I also enjoyed that it is a quiet place, no night music but only sound of the ocean.

Famara has one of the best beaches on Lanzarote.

Famara has one of the best beaches on Lanzarote. The town is lovely and laid back with a 'surfers vibe' with some nice, small bars and restaurants. The beach is wonderful as well. We think that it is worth hiring a car though!

I loved the views, the beach, and the village which had a nice mix of tourists and local residents. It was quiet at night, as most people were sporty (surfers, walkers cyclists etc) and there were no noisy drunken parties. It was probably one of the best places for me to stay. There were several good cafes and restaurants + 2 Supermarkets. I think I would come back in October ,when the weather is a bit warmer and not quite so windy

Famara loft 12 is very cozy, clean and peaceful apartment in superb location. There are everything you need in the apartment and the big sunny terrace is wonderful. Beautiful Famara beach is only a short walk away and walking along the beach to center is very nice. There are lots of restaurants in the center and 2 supermarkets. Check-in and -out went smoothly with Alejandro's mom and communication with Alejandro was quick and easy. We highly recommend this loft and would absolutely stay there again! Both Famara and the loft are 🥰.

Simple, quiet, functional and small surf shack in a great location next to the wonderful beach at Famara. It was great value for money, self check in was easy and contact free. The small bedroom was cosy and the counter top hob, microwave, kettle and toaster all worked well. The property had a wild west feel to it with the expectation of tumbleweed to role past at any moment. Definitely for nature lovers or surfers who don't mind seclusion and want value for money.

We were the first to stay at the "surfside" and we really enjoyed it. Alejandro has also been super helpful. The apartment is just behind the beach and very close from the supermarket, restaurants and bars. Absolutely nothing is missing in the flat, there's even an iron and a board... fully equipped! there's a stunning view from the bedrooms at the back and a small terrace on the street. Highly recommended!

Located in a cool little beach town in Lanzarote. Right by the sea. Lovely little apartment with huge bed, terrace and close to supermarket and some cool bars, cafes and lovely restaurants. A great base for you to explore the island. Gerrard was easy to communicate with and got back to us quickly.
