Everything was nice, new and clean, I arrived on the second day the hotel was open at all. Good food at the NENI, nice rooms, all facilities you might need during the stay.

Set on the seafront and offering direct access to the sea Universal Grand León & Spa is around 10 minutes’ walk from the nearest beach. It features a large outdoor pool and indoor pool.

Excellent breakfast. The location was very peaceful and the staff were super friendly..without exception It is one of the rare hotels where you can sleep peacefully and there was no noise at all after a certain time. Either because we went outside of highseason, or people who go there , go for the peace and quiet

The property has two private beaches, that are just beautiful. It leaves you spellbound to say the least, blue tranquil waters, when the sea is calm. Es trenc, with 15 mins drive and Cala Llombards and Figueria within close vicinity, 30 mins by drive. The location wins the most points and the food, that the staff offers in morning and evening, has different menu, each day. You also get to experience and taste the best sea food, and enjoy it with a sea view, while being seated in the breakfast/dinner room. The staff at the bar and reception, meet all your needs and queries, friendly and helpful. It was a great experience, living at universal hotel marquees. Love, Love, Loved it :)

We loved this location. The breakfast was one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever had in Europe and Caribbean. The front desk staff was out of this world and so helpful and attended to our needs promptly. Even the maintenance man was amazing and remembered us the next day. Can't say enough about the staff. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

Comfy rooms & beds, stunning sea views, nice & quiet (but it was out of season). The options of food was outstanding! I am a vegan with intolerances and the selection of milks, cereals and food for breakfast was amazing! I really appreciate the labelling and attentive nature of staff who are more than happy to check on the packets if they are unsure of allergens. I normally worry about food when travelling and except I may need to seek options out but I am very happy to report I came back heavier than when I arrived! :D Staff were so accommodating and friendly, and their fluency in multiple languages makes for a very smooth and welcoming service and an enjoyable stay! There was evening entertainment of two singers who were both very good and I understand it is even harder to perform to an empty room, purely due to lack of guests staying, but they were very professional and friendly. The price of the rooms and the additions of half-board or all inclusive was very impressive and the whole trip only cost two of us for 2 days £160 including flights to the island!
