It is the second time I go to Igualada each time it is for...
It is the second time I go to Igualada each time it is for paperwork but this town close the overhyped Barcelona definitely worth it. It is calm and relax and could be considered if you want to visit Barcelona but in the meantime want to stay away from the buzz and people that fill the streets of Barcelona. The dinner offer is short but sufficient. There are also some nice Modernista buildings heir to the time when Igalada was an industrial center specialised in leather. The leather museum worth visiting. So if you want to spent one or three days far from the buzz of Barcelona or if you are looking for a room in a quite place and for a decent price close to Barcelona I could recommend this small cityGuest review byNicolasSpain

The room was excellent with a contemporary design and an extremely comfortable bed. The 3rd floor bar and breakfast room is set in a delightful roof top loggia overlooking the main square. He prepared a lovely breakfast himself. The owner has a great love for creating a unique ambience and he took great care to make us feel welcome.
