Although a bit away from the Camino track it can easily be reached with just a minor detour. We were welcomed by Fernando in a most generous way. The hotel and its facilities (rooms, sauna, restaurant) is designed in a smart and minimalistic style and very well kept. Lunch (we took the tasting menue) and dinner ('fish of the day' ) were excellent prepared by Fernando and his team. I strongly recommend a stay here.

Nice food in the restaurant, excellent menu for lunch, 13.5€ with 2 courses, drink, bread and desert. Same for breakfast,. Staff extremely helpful and charming. Area quite with total relax at 20 minutes from the old city centre of Bilbao. Confortable bed, spacious bathroom.

Fabulous property in an idilic spot. Far exceeded our expectations. We made the mistake of not checking in before our arrival but a quick phone call soon had a that resolved. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Ainara, the hotel “manager” provided us with excellent recommendations of places to visit and restaurants. This was definitely a relaxing and wonderful stay and we would love to come back.
