Absolutely fabulous hotel, staff cannot do enough for you and the facilities are stunning. Rooms are huge and have everything you could possibly need including luxury toiletries, mini bar, two tv's and bluetooth speakers. Only a short walk or taxi journey to the seafront so in an ideal location.

Everything was just great! From the location of the hotel, to the restoran , swimming pools and very nice, clean rooms! We expected a good hotel when we booked but this one really exceeded our expectations. 10/10 without doubt :)

It was amazing and the staff is wonderful. It was honestly one of the best hotels we gave ever visited. We got an upgrade in the room when we arrived, there was a show every evening, we was singing karaoke on a saturday and the pools are so many. The only thing to complain about is that the pools was not really heated enough and we wish that the spa was bigger, ut was only one pool in the spa and the jaccuzzi was not hot It was honestly too cold, the spa receptionist measured it and said it was 34 degrees but for sure not over 22 degrees in the jaccuzzi so we didnt go into the spa again. The guy Who works for the pool activities is just AMAZING!! We had so much fun doing water polo with the other hotel guests and we was invited for ping pong. We give this 5 stars It was a really fun trip to Lanzarote thanks to this hotel and there is alot of activities, ofcourse if you are looking for a big spa its not really ideal but thats just our opinion.

Everything! The room, facilities, activities, and especially the staff were really friendly and helpful! All the restaurant was great! I didn't get bored with the restaurant while I was staying! The hotel app was super helpful and made my stay easier!

We liked practically everything. All Staff were very friendly and at the same time professional, even the gardeners said hello! Food was excelent buffet or Al la Carte, as you wished. Wine of good quality as were all drinks. The heated pool for Royal Level was great. However we can not say the larger pool was not fantastic also, it was. I have never seen such a big pool. Lots of entertainment there. Beautiful music to accommpany the evening meal and the Lounge also offered some very good musicians. We had a disabled bathroom and it was well appointed. This Hotel caters for the disabled at most levels. Unfortunatly the Spa was not good for disabled, pity. We will return.

Everything! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The whole area was really taken cared of, including the swimming pool. The staff was also wonderful. It is very close to beautiful beaches, supermarkets and good restaurants. Absolutely recommend!

We were “special” guests.

We were “special” guests. We arrived to La Casa Caldera by bus because I forgot my driving licence at home. I did not regret, La Casa Caldera is a great retreat, quiet and peaceful oasis located in spectacular landscape, from the big swimming pool you have a direct view inside of an ancient volcano. Having no car made us walk a lot in the surrounding nature and for me this was the nicest part of Lanzarote. I enjoyed all the breathtaking views. The village of Las Casitas does not have a shop, neither a bar or restaurant, but it has a gallery! There are 3 buses a day except Sunday. The neighbour villages of Femes and Yaiza are both very beautiful, Femes has a sunset view restaurant. The nearest village is Uga with regular buses and a supermarket and restaurants. It has cute little market with local products on Saturday and Sunday and it is located cca 30 mins walking through the Fena valley across La Finca Uga, an animal farm where they play meditation music to the pigs. I also want to mention that both our host, Hans and Raquel were very caring and helpful during our stay, so big thanks to both of them for everything.
