The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I didn't tell them that it had been my birthday the day before we flew to Valencia but they surprised us with a birthday cake and candles. The place was spotlessly clean. Comfy beds. Transport right outside the hotel and restaurants and beach within walking distance. All the staff had smiles and were always willing to help when we asked questions. Special shout out to the Cuban lady working at the pool bar. Really friendly

The staff is so kind and helpful and they arranged something very special for my wife at my request, but at not charge, to highlight our 20th wedding anniversary. Together with the hotel, there is a very nice and affordable japanese restaurant open all day from morning coffee time to sushi night. The location is perfect, with free easy parking in the street in front or beside the hotel. They also offer a convenient and affordable laundry service. This is our place anytime we go to Valencia for sure.

The restaurants are very busy in the evenings. It will be a good idea to make a table reservation. The supermarket in El Saler is small and overpriced. But there is a big supermarket Carrefour in the Saler Shopping Center (you should use a bus). The tap water in Valencia is drinkable, probably no need to buy water. the buses run every 20 min and you can quickly reach City Center or Albufera Lake for a boat trip. There are walking and biking trails in pines near the beach.

We liked the bungalows as they were equiped very good and we had everything that we needed. The swimming pool is great both for kids and adults. There is also big playground for kids. We liked the location as it is 6-7 min by car to Valencia and still in peacefull El Saler walking distance to the sea. Overall great place for summer holidays.
