A nice small hotel in a beautiful decorated rural house at the very entrance to Acebo. Cosy organized and decorated terrace and garden for drinks and meals. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and comfortable. Susane and David, the young owners and hosts, are very kind and caring and try to fulfill all the guests' wishes. Breakfast is tasty and plentiful. Recommended for every pilgrim. It is worth stopping and spending the night in Acebo in La rosa del Agua.

Great accomodation on the Camino. Our Brazilian hosts were just charming and have created a home from home. They could a delicious Brazilian meal for us all and we had a great evening. Would highly recommend.

It is modern just outside the township right near the...

It is modern just outside the township right near the beginning of the Camino track for the morning. Women’s bathrooms a little distance to get to from the dorm for a night call. . Staff very welcoming and friendly we had an incident where ambulance was needed to be called and this was attended to graciously even though the location of where the ambulance needed to be was not known; they were extremely helpful even with an upset guest.

Mike the host was honest and friendly.

Mike the host was honest and friendly. However he had bed bugs issue and should have closed his facilities rather than giving me an option. I gave him benefit of the doubt but in return I got infected with bed bugs bites. I am extremely upset about this. It cost me more than €100 to take medications, sprays of insecticides, commercial laundry facilities and yet the issue has not gone away. The owner did not charge me for my room but that doesn't resolve the main issue of subjecting me to the bed bugs. He should have closed his facilities and made sure that I am accommodated some other place. He should have been forthright rather than keepoing it quiet. I am extremely upset about this situation. I am still suffering from bed bugs bites. I will never ever stay at his place nor would I recommend his place to anyone. Please stay away from this place.
